A Wellness Program Your Accountant Will Like

Tax-deductible tee times.
Smart self-care.

Most wellness programs deliver an app you'll never open. GolfRx unlocks pre-tax golf up to $1,000 a month and the docs to make it legit.

Built by a CPA who couldn't fix his slice — so he fixed the wellness industry instead.

What They Sold You

A pill, a couch, and a $4.99 meditation app.

The wellness industrial complex made a fortune off the lie that the cure for modern stress is sitting still, swallowing something, or staring at your phone for ten minutes a day. None of it stuck. You know it didn't. Your symptoms know it didn't. Your bank account definitely knows it didn't.

What Actually Works

Sunshine. Movement. Friends. A small white ball.

Golf is the prescription. Problem is you've been taking it without instructions.

GolfRx is the instructions.

Same frameworks the performance pros use, written in plain English by people who don't want to put you to sleep. Delivered through the only intervention you'll actually keep doing — because you already love it.

The GolfRx Program

Twelve modules. Zero couches.
One stupid game that fixes everything.

Built by a CPA who got tired of being told to sit still and a licensed performance specialist who was tired of writing the same prescription over and over. Self-guided, 15–20 minutes per module, tools you use on the course from day one. Works whether you shoot 72 or 122. Works whether you've been to therapy or wouldn't be caught dead there.

Stress Without The Side Effects

Breathing protocols and thought-reframing tools that quiet your nervous system without a single pill, a single side-effect warning, or a single calm-voice TV ad over a sunset.

Focus That Follows You Off The Course

The 12-second pre-shot reset works on the first tee. It also works in the boardroom, in your kid's parent-teacher conference, and at 2 a.m. when your brain won't shut up. Same protocol. Different setting.

The Mental Reps Nobody Else Will Sell You

Same CBT frameworks the licensed pros use. Written in plain English by someone who actually wants you to read them. No homework. No journal entries about your mother. Just reps you can actually feel working.

Sleep You Don't Need A Prescription For

Evening reflection practices that shut the brain down without melatonin, magnesium powders, weighted blankets, or any of the other things you've already tried. Turns out the answer was four hours of walking the whole time.

How It Works

Start free. Make golf a write-off when you feel like it.

Two paths. One program. Everyone starts the same way — free trial, no clipboard, no co-pay, no 45-minute conversation about your father. The Write-Off Track is an optional upgrade, not a hoop to jump through.

Path 1 — For Anyone

Self-Guided Program

Sign up. Start the program. Use the tools on every round. Twelve modules at your own pace, $99/month if you stick with it past the trial. No assessment. No clinician. No script. We don't even ask why you're here.

Start free · Skip the couch
Path 2 — For The Tax Hack

Write-Off Track

Optional. One $99 conversation with a licensed pro. They confirm what you already know and write the documentation that turns your tee times into a qualified medical expense. The IRS literally wrote the rule for this. We just connected the dots.

Optional · Add anytime · Unlocks HSA

The Loophole That Isn't One

It's not a loophole
if it's literally the rule.

IRC §213(d) says any expense for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease qualifies for HSA reimbursement. Rev. Rul. 2002-19 already settled the precedent — a doctor-directed weight-loss program qualifies. So does a properly documented mental performance program. One $99 conversation, one Letter of Medical Necessity, and your tee times become a qualified medical expense. The wellness industry didn't want you to know this. We do.

HSA / FSA Reimbursement

Membership and qualifying golf expenses paid with pre-tax dollars. Same account you've been letting collect dust.

Medical Tax Deduction

Program costs and related golf expenses may be deductible if your total medical expenses clear the IRS threshold.

The Paperwork, Done

Letter of Medical Necessity, clinical records, itemized receipts. Everything your HSA admin or CPA needs, generated automatically.

The Write-Off Track is optional. The self-guided program works without it. Add the $99 consultation only when you're ready to make the IRS chip in.

Who It's For

For people who already knew this was the answer.

If you've ever ducked out of a meeting to sneak nine and felt more human afterward — congratulations. You were already in the program. You just weren't getting credit for it.

The Burned-Out Operator

You built something. The brain doesn't shut off. You've tried the apps, the breathwork, the supplement aisle at Costco. None of it stuck. The course did.

The Guy Who Hates Sitting Still

The idea of paying $250 to sit on a leather couch and describe your week makes your skin crawl. Good. That was the wrong answer for you anyway.

The Person Who's Tried Everything

SSRIs. Apps. Wellness retreats. Cold plunges. The breathwork guy on Instagram. None of it worked the way one good round of golf works. There's a reason for that.

The Smart HSA User

You have an HSA collecting dust. Your accountant is going to love this conversation. The IRS already wrote the rule — we just connected the dots.

The Complete Beginner

Never picked up a club. Perfect. You'll build mental reps and golf reps at the same time, and you'll have a better reason to be out there than anyone else in the foursome.

The Dad With No Permission Slip

You feel guilty every time you tee it up. Stop. This is the most productive four hours of your week — and starting now, the IRS chips in.

The Math of Doing Nothing

Five more years of the same Saturday.

You'll book the tee time. You'll play the round. You'll feel a little better Saturday afternoon.

By Sunday night, you're back to it. The fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. The fuse that gets shorter every quarter. The 3 PM crash you've started planning your meetings around. The snap at your spouse over nothing. The brain that won't shut off at 2 AM. The Monday you're already dreading on Sunday at 4.

Same round, same spiral, same Sunday — fifty-two times a year, for five more years. That's 260 Saturdays of almost.

You'll keep telling yourself you'll deal with it after this quarter. After the funding round. After the move. After the kids move out. There will always be an after.

Before & After

What changes when your
tee time has a script.

Before GolfRx
  • Golf helps. You can't say why. You can't repeat it on command.
  • Guilt every time you book a tee time.
  • Wife rolls her eyes when she sees the AmEx charge.
  • Brain still racing on the back nine.
  • Course costs come out of after-tax paycheck.
  • Annual wellness budget: a meditation app you opened twice.
With GolfRx
  • You know exactly which mental reps you're running, and why.
  • Pre-shot routine works on the first tee and in the boardroom.
  • Wife asks when you're playing next so you'll be less insufferable.
  • Brain quiets down by the third hole. Every time.
  • Membership reimbursed pre-tax through your HSA.
  • Annual wellness budget: actually used. On something that works.

Standing on the first tee, you'll feel it.

That calm, purposeful clarity. That's what GolfRx builds. And it follows you off the course — into the boardroom, the dinner table, and every moment in between.
